Some of us are dangerously on track for the typical 5-10+ lb weight gain that the average American faces during the post-Halloween months of November and December.
So I've made a few changes to our Fitness portion of the program that is:
1) easier to set your goals
2) Write down what your doing
3) Make MASSIVE improvements in your Karate Fitness.
On the backside of your "homework" sheet, you'll see a new grid with Excercise # and repititions down below.
Here's how it works:
1. Always warm up for at least 5 minutes before beginning.
2. Visit our blog at http://www.karatefitness.blogspot.com/ to find out your minimum requirements and to view the daily exercises.
3. Record the number of repetitions for each exercise in your black belt journal.
4. Record the number of repetitions for each exercise in the correct column.
5. Total your repetitions.
6. Write in the total minutes of Cardio.
